Who are we?

FitnessFeedHQ is a community where members can access and share information, stories, jokes, and experiences.  It is a place to help you get better at what you want to get better at.  My name is Ben and I am here to help.  I have helped hundreds of EXTREMELY different individuals achieve success and been successful because I understand people AND training. So whatever your goal, just know that with FitnessFeedHQ you can expect an open dialogue with your trainer (me, Ben) because I believe it is the most important key to your success.

Who is Ben?

I graduated from The College of William and Mary with a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement).  I became a certified personal trainer after working in the field of Physical Therapy.  My love of fitness, movement, and health now translates to helping others realize their potential.

From my experiences in training hundreds clients, I realized that one things makes all the difference in personal training; connection.  You’ve got to build a relationship, a connection, in order to make this last and to get through the tough times.

 

 

How is FFHQ different?

Our methods are:

  1. Build a strong relationship with you.  The foundation of a successful personal training program is the relationship.  We know from experience that connection is what holds the whole thing together.
  2. Educate you.  We know that creating habits and changing your lifestyle is a matter of education.  We will educate you on the how and why of what you will be doing with us so you can become intrinsically motivated!
  3. Hold you accountable.  We know that it won’t always be easy, and that’s where we step in and will hold you accountable.  This is the final aspect of our methods, but it is crucial.  Results can be made or broken by accountability.

 

 

 

 


“Ok, I’m ready, but where do I begin?”

First, you’ll want to schedule a free video consultation with me, Ben.   This way I can answer any questions you may have and explain in further detail what online personal training entails especially with regard to FitnessFeedHQ.  I want to get to know you a little bit as well, so we can figure out what the BEST course of action is to help you get on your path to fitness.

After you’ve set up a consultation we will meet either by phone call or video chat, your choice.  After we’ve talked and discussed your goals, and you exercise and medical history, I will make a recommendation as to which service would be BEST for YOU.  If you choose to go forward, we will get you started within 2 days (excluding weekends).
