People ask about online fitness coaching all the time.  So what you train them over the phone?  You skype while they work out?  Yeah but what about form?  I decided that I would answer these questions in blog form so hopefully it will make a little more sense to everyone!


What is Online Fitness Coaching?

Online fitness coaching is simply virtual personal training.  It involves the virtual delivery of an exercise program, nutrition coaching, accountability, dialogue, and, above all, a relationship.

While others do it a little differently, FitnessFeedHQ uses an online personal training platform (read: app) to deliver programs, coach nutrition, and maintain communication with clients.

No, most online coaches do not do virtual sessions or sessions over the phone, it’s more like a task you’re given that you are expected to carry out to the best of your ability.  It is your trainers job to determine and know your ability.  Technique is coached through a variety of methods including video tutorials, dialogue, and sometimes video feedback.

Hey that’s me!  Ben Anderson!  I would be your coach on FitnessFeedHQ because it’s my company and I said so!  I have a specific philosophy in my training which I talk more about here.  The gist of it, however, is that I want to help you and I can help you.  My coaching involves inspiring you, teaching you and giving you a framework to succeed.  I will hold you accountable and train you properly and safely.

With online coaching through FitnessFeedHQ, you will receive a custom-built, personalized training program delivered to you every month through our training app.  Your coach (me, Ben) will message you daily through the app and respond to any questions or concerns you have.

I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS, or fancy word for trainer) with several years of experience and hundreds of clients who I’ve helped attain results.  I’ve worked with clients in high school, to young professionals, high level executives, to people in their retirement.

There is nothing I enjoy more than helping people achieve what they are capable of!
