Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer membership (Inner Circle), personalized programming, and one-on-one coaching.
Q: How do I know which service is best for me?
A: I typically recommend people brand new to exercise or looking for a lot of accountability use the one on one coaching as I, your trainer, will be extremely involved in the process. If you are looking to make a change for a season and are okay with a little more independence in your training, seasonal training is for you. If you are already well versed in training but are looking for some programs to break you through a plateau or to get you to the next level of whatever your goal may be, the membership is the one for you.
Q: Do I do this all on my own?
A: Hardly. While we do expect you to perform your workouts without the presence of a trainer, you can expect your trainer to be involved with your programming, your nutrition, your questions, and your exercise technique (form).
Q: Why use online training?
A: We know that it’s hard to find good training especially when you’re limited by your location, so we decided to bring great personal training online so we can share it with more people. With the technology we use and our incredible communication with our clients, we can ensure safe and effective training without being face to face.
Q: How often do I have contact with my trainer?
A: With the and one on one coaching, contact with your trainer is unlimited. With personalized programming and membership, it will be variable. You are always free to email or message me questions or comments whenever you want.
Q: Do I have to have access to a gym or specific equipment?
A: While we know that the gym is a great tool for fitness, it is not required. We will build a program for you specific to your resources because we believe this should be for everyone!
Q: How do I get started?
A: Great! You want to join us! Next step is to schedule your free consultation to move forward. If you already know what service you want, you can select it from the online training plans page.
Q: What if I’m nervous?
A: This is totally normal. You are starting something new and it would be abnormal not to be nervous. There is no reason to be though. I will guide you through everything and while you will be doing things that ask a lot of you, you should never feel uncomfortable and I will never ask you to be.
